Your safety is our concern. For that reason, all individuals riding ACCESS are required to occupy a seat and utilize the seat belts. All riders will remain seated when the vehicle is in motion and remain so until the vehicle comes to a complete stop.

Transporting Children

All children under the age of fourteen must be accompanied by an adult. Children four and younger must ride in a car seat. ACCESS does not provide a car seat. If you need one, you will need to supply it yourself. Due to space restrictions on the bus, you cannot leave the car seat on the bus.

Pick-Up Times

Due to the nature of our business, the bus may arrive 15 minutes before or after your scheduled time. We ask that you be prepared for pick-up during this window of time. Upon arrival, the driver will wait for 5 minutes before leaving for their next destination. If you are scheduled for a pick-up time and do not keep it (no show), you will be charged for the ride.

No Shows/Cancellations

If you schedule a ride and do not keep it (no show or late cancel) you will be charged for that ride as if you took it. If you have 2 or more no shows or late cancels you will be suspended from riding until all past due amounts are paid. Cancellations must be called in at least 1 hour in advance or it will be considered a late cancel and must be paid for.

You are allowed to bring personal packages onto the bus, but they must be kept in your possession at all times.
