Quality Assurance
The dignity and rights of each person and the assurance of a healthy and safe living and working environment are reviewed by the Quality Management Systems staff. All instances of reported Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation, or any other violation of consumer rights, licensing, rules and regulations are investigated. All DSNWK staff are trained in the prevention of Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation and are required to report observed instances of suspected abuse.
