A new version of DSNWK’s Customer Connection began on August 4th. This is a new automated system where callers will make selections based on a menu of choices. The technology involved with the Customer Connection does have many differences, however the outcome will remain the same with on-call staff continuing to be responsive to all callers.
DSNWK is excited to bring the new Customer Connection to it’s customers. The new system will have a greater economic benefit to DSNWK. while continuing to keep the integrity of the Customer Connection in tact.
