The Community Support Liaison develops and cultivates relationships between Developmental Services and Church organizations and groups. The program utilizes existing volunteer programs within area churches to meet the spiritual needs of persons with developmental disabilities. The relationship between DSNWK and area churches has assisted in helping many individuals to: attend church services, participate in Bible study groups, attend religious conferences and camps, and participate in church events and activities.
