The DSNWK Evaluation process helps to measure service delivery. In this way, DSNWK is able to remain accountable for the services and programs provided, and is able to identify successes and areas needing improvement. A Quality Assurance / Quality Enhancement Team (comprised of an independent group of parents and professionals) is in place to annually review services provided by DSNWK. Team members continually review outcomes and satisfaction based on specific indicators or quality in which providers strive to succeed.

Excellence is measured by the satisfaction and successed of persons served, as well as their families/guardians. DSNWK relies on their feedback to help provide the quality services and programs received by each person served. Evaluations are conducted every year to receive feedback. The evaluation process measures the staff's ability and skill at providing individualized services to the men, women, youth and children served, as well as the satisfaction of the individuals receiving the services, the families/guardians, funding sources, administrators, employers, neighbors, community members and other staff who have some involvment with the services being provided.
