The CAREVan provides regular scheduled transportation from several rural northwest Kansas communities to Hays for bus service, specialized healthcare and social services not provided in those areas. DSNWK administers the service in conjunction with the Rural Healthcare Department office at Hays Medical Center
While in Hays, you can use the ACCESS service to visit other locations. However, if you are making a return trip on CARE/Van we will need to know where to pick you up.
Pick points for all locations are local hospitals.
The fare is .50 per county.
