Participants in College for Living classes are surveyed annually on their satisfaction with programs and services. For persons who have difficulty communicating or are nonverbal, the satisfaction survey is completed through observation and interviews with those people who are closest to them. Individuals who can communicate and participate in the survey are asked about a variety of topics including: opportunity for input into classes, content of classes, supplies and materials and community classes. Participants satisfaction is reported to the DSNWK Executive Staff and Board of Directors.
