Applications for services offered by DSNWK are available through the DSNWK CDDO website. Individuals seeking services from DSNWK must first be determined eligible for services.
Individuals are accepted without regard to sex, race, creed, ethnic origin, or severity of disability. Because the total funds received by DSNWK are limited, our organization is required to establish priorities for service delivery. DSNWK assures services only for people in the CDDO area and gives priority to people in crisis or those who may be at risk because of health and safety issues.
